Another 'Cheevee' style

Q: Why, oh, why, Zeke, do you keep doing eeveelutions in chibi stlye?
A: Easy. Because chibi style is about disproportions, and since eevee are very animal-like, every time I try to make a serious one, I screw up really badly

I had to do this one twice, because I forgot to check the resolution, and it turned out to be smaller than the minimum. And resizing to enlarge kill the quality really badly.
