I keep coming back to this nightmare... why?

At least your dreams/nightmares are interesting... my last dream was of me chasing this dog (specifically a Corgi) which, instead of a body, had a pastry tin with a pie in it. Before I woke up, the dog turned round and ate itself... my frist words when I woke up were "Not the pie! Awww"
