Traditional Shy Squirtle - Art Trade

For the great *TinyCat23, who requested a shy Squirtle. I hope you like it, girl.

At first, this pic was totally awful. I wanted to make it more like a water color, rather than this acrylic sorta thing. I even rage painted all over it. But when I started adding the lineart, it suddenly went good-ish again. So I put some more effort and after three days I finished this that could've been one in one day in digital, and much, much better.
Despite this, I really enjoyed making the picture, and showing Bailey the progress was actually my favourite part(s).
