Allright, so this drawing was a VERY VERY LUCKY session of Paint Tool SAI (almost 3 hours), where the idontknowwhatthehellimdoing technique worked like a charm.
It's an animation, yes, so let it load.
I don't like Flaaffy very much, in fact (I like Ampharos best), but this one is one of my best deviations ever.

's contest of the Pokemon of the Month ([link]) "Bright and shining" is the theme this time. Hopefully, this is bright and shining enough... ^__^
